Arts Overview

Arts for everyone

The arts deliver real benefits and make a difference to all our lives regardless of where we live or who we are. The arts contribute to society, the economy, our learning and education and for individuals the arts can change your mood, increase your confidence and provide sociable activities. Making, reflecting, challenging, feeling and connecting are all felt to some degree when engaging in arts.

We want East Renfrewshire to be a place where culture is valued, recognised and all people can realise their personal creativity and curiosity.

The arts deliver real benefits for individuals as well as the wider Scottish economy.
