For many of us, exercise isn't exercise unless you blast off some energy and work up a sweat. If you like your fitness classes energetic, there's a varied choice.  One key to staying fit is putting variety into your routine. As well as exercising different muscles, it keeps you interested and motivated. So don't just stick to the same class week in, week out - try something new with these high energy workouts!
