Please complete our wedding booking form [168kb]. We will then contact you either for full payment or for a deposit to secure your booking. We will confirm your booking usually within three working days. Please note your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation. Any outstanding balance is due six months prior to your wedding day and we will contact you for payment. Payment can be made online, by credit or debit card or by cheque (there is a 2% surcharge if paying by credit card). Cheques should be made payable to East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure Trust Ltd.

It is a legal requirement for you and your partner to complete separate marriage or civil partnership notices. This can be done not more than three months or minimum period of 29 day's notice before the date of the ceremony. These forms can be collected from any registrars office in Scotland. Alternatively, they can be downloaded from the Registrar General for Scotland's website at:

If your officiant is an East Renfrewshire registrar, they will arrange a pre meeting with you to take place approximately one to two weeks before your wedding at Eastwood House.
As with all public buildings, there are certain rules [116kb] that need to be applied.
To make your event run smoothly and due to licensing laws your bar provider or caterer must have a valid occasional license. We recommend last orders are at 11.15pm with the bar to be closed by 11.30pm.
We recommend the last song should be played for 11.30pm. This will allow for your guests, bar provider and DJ/Band to depart the building by midnight.
Unfortunately candles are not permitted you can however use battery operated lights or equivalent if you wish.
Please let us know if there will be anyone attending with additional support needs who would require assistance to evacuate the building in the event of an emergency.
Unfortunately decorations are not allowed on the staircase banister, but our staff will place artificial flowers on the pedestals for photographs. You can of course bring flowers in vases or stands.
No table confetti or confetti please. Petals are allowed if fabric.
