A new boutique gym just opened in Eastwood fits the bill for people who want more one-to-one time with their fitness instructor.
In a departure from the usual large and crowded fitness centres being opened around the country, the new gym run by East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure, in Eastwood High Sports Centre aims to give customers a more personal experience.
The gym is open to any East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure gym members Monday to Friday, between 5pm and 9.15pm and between 9am and 4.15pm at weekends.
Kenny McDonnell, ERCL gyms and fitness team leader explains: "The new gym will give people a more personal experience when they come along.
"We are limiting the number of people who can use the gym at any one time, which will give them more time with our fitness instructors, so they get more of a personal service with advice on losing weight and becoming more fit and healthy.
"The new gym is a great addition to the fitness facilities at Eastwood High where we already offer a wide range of aerobic, fitness and well-being classes every week."
East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure chief executive, Anthony McReavy said: "With funding and support from East Renfrewshire Council to create this new gym, we're giving people every opportunity to exercise more and become fit and healthy."
Join the new gym at Eastwood High Sports Centre before 15 March 2017 and get your first month's membership for £16.
