Update

We're extremely pleased with the response so far.

We'd very much like to hear more from these parts of our community:

  • Users of Neilston Leisure Centre and Eastwood High Sports Centre
  • Young people ages 16 - 25
  • Men ages 26 - 45
  • Members of our minority ethnic communities

Many thanks to everyone who has taken time to give us their views.

Whether you're not currently active, or if physical activity is already a regular part your life, we'd like to hear from all residents.

Your views will help us shape the future of sport and leisure services in East Renfrewshire.

As an incentive, everyone who completes the survey has the option of entering into a prize draw. Three participating respondents will each win one of 3 prizes:

  • a month's free gym membership at one of our 4 gym facilities
  • a one month free swimming pass at one of our leisure centres
  • 2 tickets to this year's Christmas pantomime - "Snow White and the Seven Wee Muppets" - at Eastwood Park Theatre

Some notes on this consultation ...

  • We're especially keen to hear from residents who do not participate in sport or physical activity as well as those who do.
  • For this survey, we are looking for the views of residents aged 16 years and older. We will be using other channels to seek the views of children and young people.
  • You may complete the survey on behalf of another person, age 16 or older, who is unable to respond for themself.
  • Please do encourage friends, family and colleagues to take the survey as well by sharing the survey link.

This consultation will close at midnight on Sunday, 29th October, 2017.
