Our team of dedicated gym instructors are here to help you get the most out of your membership. When you join us you will receive a series of one-to-one consultations to support and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.
Week 1: Welcome session 1
Your first one-to-one session will identify your personal health and fitness goals and develop an initial fitness programme to get you started.
Week 2: Session 2
Once you've completed your first few training sessions, you'll have your second one-to-one session with your instructor to develop a full fitness programme.
Week 4: Review session 1
After a month of training, it's time for a review. Your instructor will monitor your progress towards your fitness goals and refresh your programme.
Week 12: Session 2
After 12 weeks of training, you will meet with your instructor to review your programme. Keeping your programme fresh, and challenging, will keep you on track to achieving your fitness goals.
Once you have completed your new member 12 Week Fitness Programme you will receive regular programme reviews with your instructor, whenever you need them.
