Nominations for the East Renfrewshire Coaching, Officiating and Volunteering Awards are now open. Click here to nominate.
In partnership with sportscotland, East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure's Sports Development team have set up the awards, to recognise and reward the hard work and commitment of local coaches, officials and volunteers who contribute and make a difference to sport in East Renfrewshire.
The awards are a way of saying a big 'thank you' to all the vital people delivering sport in East Renfrewshire and represent a unique way to recognise coaching, officiating and volunteering achievement across schools, clubs and communities in the area.
The contribution made by individuals is immense and their dedication and hard work is central to ensuring excellent sporting opportunities for all in East Renfrewshire.
You can nominate coaches, officials and volunteers, either known personally or through school, club or local community activity. Winners will then go forward as nominations into the national sportscotland awards.
Award Categories
The time period that you should base your nomination on is between 1 September last year and 31 August this year apart from the two lifetime achievement categories.
There are nine awards for nomination in this category.
There is one category for officials.
There are three volunteer categories.
