Your safety

Currently we will be opening leisure facilities to members only.

The safety and well-being of our customers and staff is our priority and social distancing and cleanliness measures will be in place across all of our venues and facilities.

Our staff have been working extremely hard in preparation for re-opening, including training focused on helping and supporting customers.

You'll notice some changes when you return, please take a look at our video to see the changes we've made.

We have invested in new cleaning equipment, significantly increased cleaning in our venues and will have hand sanitiser available for you to use. Clear social distancing measures will be in place at each venue, in-line with Government guidance.

  • Initially we are open for members only
  • Before attending a gym session, fitness class or swimming session, all members must pre-book their sessions - Online booking information
  • To ensure social distancing is maintained, we will be opening with smaller class sizes and reduced numbers of customers in the gym and swimming pool. There are one-way routes in our venues.
  • Customers will be asked to arrive ready for your gym session or fitness class, as there will be no changing facilities available to gym and fitness customers.
  • We have increased the space between pieces of equipment in the gym and the floor area in the gym and in fitness classes is clearly marked for social distancing.
  • Staff will clean equipment and surfaces before each gym session or fitness class.
  • Customers will be asked to wipe down gym equipment and machines both before and after use.
