COVID-19 update: please visit our home page for updates on our services during the coronavirus pandemic

We’re delighted to announce we will be removing restrictions from our venues from Monday 30 August, we are making the following changes to our COVID restrictions and gym, fitness and swimming programme:

Removing gym & swim sessions and the pre-booking for our gyms and swimming pools

  • Customers can use the gyms and pools without booking in advance
  • Gym sessions and swim sessions are removed – customers can arrive anytime our gyms / pools are open
  • Removing Family Swim bubbles and Junior lane swimming – customers can swim anytime the pool is open for public swimming

Advance booking for fitness classes will continue

  • Booking of fitness classes has been popular since we re-opened as it guarantees a place in the class.
  • Customers can continue to book (and pay, if they’re a Pay As You Go customer) for classes in advance using our App.

Re-opening our changing facilities and showers

  • The changing village and showers will re-open from Monday 30 August - we would ask that if you do need to shower, that you do so as quickly as you can in respect to others waiting.

Leisure centre opening hours

  • Extending our opening hours to offer greater flexibility. We will open earlier in the morning and remain open throughout the day.

Pay As You Go customers

  • Card payments preferred

Spin classes will restart at Barrhead Foundry from Monday 30 August

NHS Test & Protect: Check-in Scotland

  • We are still required to record contact details of customers using our facilities.
  • We will ask customers to register when they arrive using the ‘Check in Scotland’ App
  • If customers don’t have the ‘Check in Scotland’ App, please take a note of their name and contact number as a record

Face masks

  • Face coverings should still be worn in communal areas, in line with Scottish Government guidance.

Please be aware that we are continuing to operate with COVID-19 guidelines and although social distancing measures have been removed we would ask you to be respectful of other people’s space restrictions. Your safety and well-being is our priority and enhanced cleaning remains in place across all of our leisure venues. Hand sanitiser is available throughout all the venues and we advise that you continue to use hand sanitiser if possible.
