ERCLs own instructors have made a series of short videos that will keep you active whilst at home. If you are familiar with Vitality, you will understand the levels. We recommend you exercise at the level you already attend.
The Live Active team are working from home, using email, text and phone calls to stay connected to Live Active members. Always with a smile and a listening ear, they are experts in supporting people who need a helping hand to be more physically active and have a library of free resources they can recommend and share.
