Gym Floor Sessions
Join us for HIIT sessions on the gym floor!
We run gym floor sessions which are bookable just like a fitness class and available at Eastwood Park Leisure and Barrhead Foundry.
These sessions are taken by the gym staff and only limited spaces are available to offer a more personalised session (each session is 30 mins).
Gym floor sessions run at different times throughout the day and everyone is welcome!
Here’s what we have to offer:
- Circuits – Eastwood Park Leisure – Mondays and Wednesdays @6.15am
- HIIT – Eastwood Park Leisure – Tuesdays and Thursdays @8pm
- HIIT – Barrhead Foundry – Mondays @6.15am
- NEW – BOLT! (Treadmill session) – Barrhead Foundry – Mondays @12.15pm
- NEW – HIIT – Barrhead Foundry – Wednesdays @6.30am
- Circuits – Barrhead Foundry – Thursdays @6.15am
- HIIT – Barrhead Foundry – Tuesdays and Thursdays @8pm
