THE GRID
Overview
The Grid is our new functional fitness gym based in Barrhead Foundry. The space will focus on functional training and small group session with fitness classes such as GridBox and GridRox. The Grid features a 70sqm spacious turf area along with brand new fitness equipment, including fitness rig, half rack and prowler. This space is included with your all inclusive fitness membership for £29 per month.
