Home Lending Service

We have launched a new library Home Lending Service delivering library resources direct to residents’ doors. Working with local volunteers, we are able to offer this service to residents who find themselves housebound due to short or long-term mobility issues illness or caring responsibilities. Library staff will carefully select books to match each resident interests and volunteers will deliver regularly at an agreed time. This service can be set-up as a short-term service for those who just need it for a little while and can be set-up as a longer, ongoing service for those who will not be able to visit the library again.

We currently have volunteers ready to deliver in the following areas: Barrhead, Neilston, Eaglesham, Clarkston, Giffnock and Busby.
