Chiara Sparkes as Belle

Chiara is really excited to be spending her Christmas at Eastwood Park theatre and so close to home, making those early morning slightly easier in the cold!

Matthew McKenna as The Beast/Prince

Scottish actor Matthew trained at Arts Educational School in London. He has appeared in numerous theatre shows in and out of London’s West End, including We Will Rock You, Phantom of the Opera, Carousel, Falsettos, Sunset Boulevard, Kiss me Kate, Joseph, Titanic & Legally Blonde. He also performed internationally in Rocky Horror Show, Singing in the rain, 42nd Street and Starlight Express in Germany.
Matthew is excited to return to his roots this festive season to take on the role of Beast/Prince at Eastwood Park Theatre’s Beauty and the Beast.

Titus Rowe as Bouffant Du Quiff

Titus is delighted to be returning to Spillers Pantomimes for his eighth season, and to be making his debut at Eastwood Park Theatre.

Titus has previously played Bouffant Du Quiff In Motherwell, Epsom and Bognor Regis. Previous roles for Spillers pantomimes include Prince Charming in Cinderella at the Alexander Theatre in Bognor Regis and at the Epson Playhouse, and Beast/Prince in Beauty and The Beast in Bognor Regis.

In the London West End he played as Lawrence in Eugenius The Musical at The Other Palace.

Previous pantomime credits include: Gaston in Beauty and the Beast for Paul Holman Associates at the Pomegranate Theatre Chesterfield, The Harlequin Theatre Redhill and The Spotlight Theatre Hoddesdon and Prince Charming in Cinderella at the Embassy Theatre Skegness and the Majestic Theatre Retford.

Theatre includes:  Carter in Dracula, Singapore production (Ewing Entertainment Worldwide), U/S D.I. Washbourne and D.C. Mather in The Handyman, (Yvonne Arnaud Theatre and UK Number 1 Tour,)  Alfred Tubbe in Dry Rot, Richmond Theatre and UK Number 1 Tour (Ian Fricker Theatre),   Officer Ward in Annie, UK Number 1 Tour (Playhouse Productions),  Dionysus in The Bacchae  (St Albans Festival),  One Man Play Strip Search, Samuel Cooper in Here I’ll Stay: Kurt Weill in America (Rosemary Branch , Islington).

Television includes:  Walter aka The Great Waldo in Series Two of The Paradise on BBC ONE (for which he spent a week as the cover photo for BBC iPlayer, Ian in Queer as Old Folk (Transparent TV for CHANEL FOUR), Paul in Sex on the Job (LWT for SKY ONE). Titus has also performed  as a voice-over artiste in commercials for Sky One.

Whilst not treading the boards, Titus runs Rome Now, which introduces children to history through drama and interactive education workshops and teaches drama in schools.

Aidan MacColl as Lumie

Aidan began his training at The Dance School of Scotland before moving on to the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where he obtained his BA Musical Theatre degree in 2017.
Aidan has a list of credits as a Vocalist working for TUI & AIDA Cruises; most recently on board AIDAMar as a Lead Vocalist sailing Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Other theatre credits include: McAlister in Wonderland (Scottish Tour) and Raintown (workshop, Dundee Rep).
TV/Film credits include: Tell it to the Bees (Reliance Entertainment Ltd); Pink Apartment (GFT/Queer Theory); Carrie & David’s Popshop (BBC Scotland).
An experienced pantomime performer Aidan has a list of panto credits under his belt performing at Eden Court, Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre and also played Buttons last year in Cinderella at Motherwell Theatre for Spillers!
Aidan is delighted to be back again with the Spillers team, and for his first panto at Eastwood Park Theatre and hopes you all have a wonderful and safe festive season. (He has a lot of family in Giffnock so please laugh at the jokes)!

Jessica Donnelly as La Fou/Fairy

Jessica is absolutely over the moon to be joining Spillers this year for Beauty and the Beast! Jessica grew up performing in youth theatre pantos, so she can’t wait to get back to Pantoland again now that she’s grown (slightly).
Jessica graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2020, and since graduating has worked as a professional performer, musical director, and also as a vocal coach and musical theatre teacher. Other theatre credits include: Sinbad, Legend of the Seven Seas, Hansel & Gretel (Kevali Productions), Jack and the Beanstalk (Hopscotch Theatre Company), Hiya, Dolly! (Edinburgh Festival Fringe), Our Carnal Hearts (Arch 468). Screen credits include: Irn Bru ‘Tournament Virgins’ (Commercial), People and Stories (Heritage Loch Ness). Vocalist credits
include: Orphans (NTS), On Hope, A Digital Song Cycle (The Other Palace), Bernstein 100: MASS (RSNO).

Jamie Lemetti as Maurice

Jamie is buzzing to be back in Pantoland and is thrilled to be joining the Spillers family for his 10th consecutive season! Even more exciting for Jamie is his return to Eastwood Park. After debuting here last year as Scarecrow, he is delighted to have been asked back for the festive season.
Jamie Graduated from Motherwell College with a BA Honours in Acting and has since gone on to appear in BBC comedies such as The Maldinie’s, Gary: Tank Commander and No Holds Bard. He can be found in commercials for Irn Bru and Bank of Scotland

You can also find him on Amazon Prime in Tom and his Zombie Wife that has just been released this winter.

As well as being part of various successful comedies at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Jamie’s most notable other theatre work includes Renfield in Dracula and Cheswick in One Flew over The Cuckoo’s Nest.

He has spent the last year working in Bristol with Stephen Merchant and Christopher Walken creating the new BBC comedy The Outlaws and ITVs McDonald and Dodds.

Jamie is so excited to be back performing live theatre again and has two years’ worth of panto magic and energy that is ready to blow! Wicked Witch you better watch out!!!

Our Professional Dancers

April King – Dance Captain

April has previously worked in Qatar in Smurfs The Musical and has performed as a backing dancer for Fleur East. She also featured as a dancer in The Wizard of Oz panto at Eastwood Park Theatre last year and can’t wait to return to the stage this year as our dance captain!

Shannon Jones

Shannon started dancing at the age of 2 at The Company Performing Arts in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. She is currently in her second year studying dance and musical theatre at MEPA College in Maidstone. Shannon enjoys all elements of performing and her recent credits include playing Princess Lottie in her college pantomime, Audrey in ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ and professional dancer in ‘The Summer Show’ in Clacton. Shannon is thrilled to be joining the production of Beauty and the Beast in her first professional panto and excited to be spending Christmas in Glasgow.

Bailey Knight

Bailey started dancing at the age of four and travelled the country competing in street dance competitions. He is now studying at The Wilkes Academy of Performing Arts, with a full scholarship.

Bailey is ready to take on his first professional role with Spillers Pantomimes as part of the Beauty and the Beast cast. He is very excited to be on stage this Christmas, performing for everyone at Eastwood Park Theatre

Stephanie Smyth

Stephanie is delighted to be joining the cast of this year’s pantomime ‘Beauty and The Beast’. She is currently training at MEPA college in her third year, Stephanie has been dancing for 14 years since she was 5 years old and loves all dance styles! She wants to say thank you to her family and friends who have supported her through her dance career. She is excited to be making her professional debut at Spillers Pantomime this Christmas! Hope you all enjoy the show!

Ross Evans

Paige Brooker

Hello, I’m Paige. I started dancing at the age of 4 years old in all styles at my local dance school, where my love and passion for performing grew. I love to teach dance as well. I hope to inspire the next generation of dancers where I can pass on my passion and knowledge within the dance world. I am now in my third year, professionally training in musical theatre. I’m delighted to be making my debut with this panto. Have fun and enjoy the show!
