Joining your local library is easy and it's free! Simply complete a membership form at your local library or submit the online version below.
Once you've completed your form you'll be asked to provide one piece of identification, which can be a passport, a driving licence or a utility bill or bank statement with your full postal address. If you qualify for a concession on library services, you'll also need to provide proof of your status, such as a pension book.
When your enrolment is complete, you'll be issued with your ALL Access card which will allow you to use the library straight away. You will also be issued with your unique PIN. This number will allow to access the full range of online services from you home, including renewing your library books, downloading eBooks and eMagazines and accessing the online information and reference material.
