Thursday 21st March, 10am to Midday
THIS EVENT IS AT DUFF MEMORIAL HALL
Join us on a detective trail, chasing the story of Busby’s cotton mills. We will find out how harnessing power from the biggest waterfall on the White Cart, led to the growth of the village, through uncovering what we can still see.
The walks will be around 1.5 hours long and we advise participants to wear weather appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. The walk may be postponed/cancelled in the event of extreme weather, in which case a refund or rebooking option will be offered. Please note, the exact duration of the walks can vary slightly. We regret we cannot accommodate pets on this walk.
