About This Session

Fancy a fun, friendly and relaxed kick about? If the answer is, yes, then come and join us. We look forward to meeting you!

This class takes place on the Astro Pitch opposite Mearns Castle High School.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing for exercising. Please feel free to bring a drink with you to the session.

-Click on ‘FOOTBALL OVER 35’s’ to view the class options.
-Select the class you wish to book and click on ‘book and checkout’.
-You will then receive a confirmation email.
-If you have not registered with us before, you can do so by filling out a registration form on this page here.

-Early booking is highly recommended.

-Pre-booking is essential & you must show our coaching staff proof of purchase on arrival at the session (email confirmation etc)
-If you miss the class, we are unable to offer a refund. If you have booked & we have to cancel the class, we will refund you.
