

Sports and Arts Classes Booking Terms and Conditions
Sports & Arts Classes booking terms and conditions:
-Classes are paid for by Direct Debit and payments are taken on 1st of the month. You may be asked to make a pro-rata payment ahead of your first Direct Debit payment.
-You can cancel your child’s place at any time, by emailing us at sportsadmin@erculutreandleisure.org – Please note, we require 5 working days to process cancellations. We are unable to refund classes you have already paid for.
-Some customers may be eligible to receive a concessionary rate for classes. Please check eligibility here. If you choose to purchase a concessionary rate, you must provide the supporting evidence within 72 hours of purchase, by emailing this to sportsadmin@ercultureandleisure.org – If you fail do to this, your payment will be charged at full price.
-The class term runs between September & June. Your last payment will be in May – this is to ensure you receive the number of classes you have paid for.
