Vitality at Home

Vitality at Home

We have recorded a number of Vitality videos that will support you to stay active at home.  If you are familiar with Vitality Classes, you will understand the levels. We recommend you exercise at the level you already attend.

If you haven't attended Vitality before, please watch the video first and only take part if you are confident you can safely do what is being demonstrated. If you are in any doubt, please speak with your GP or physio beforehand.

Always remember to warm up before exercise and cool down after. Some of our videos include warm up and cool down. If not, there are separate warm up and cool down videos included here.
